Insurance Affiliations

We are committed to provide urologic care for all children and adolescents. We are in-network with most major insurance companies, but there are some plans we are not in-network with. We strongly urge you to call your insurance company and/or log in to your member portal to verify we are in­ network with your specific plan. Some insurances may require authorization from your primary care physician. Please contact them to obtain one.
